Shipping Policy

All shipments are UPS, FedEx, or USPS Ground, unless arranged otherwise with our customer service department when you place your order.

Some products are carried in inventory but many items are handcrafted to order, resulting in turnaround times that vary from 1-day to 30 days.. Your entire shipment will ship at one time, including both inventory and made to order items. Any requested personalization may also delay shipment. International Orders: please contact us for shipping arrangements.

Bible Restoration Shipping Process

Bible Restoration orders (and price) includes return shipping (back to sender via the 'ship-to' address provided at time of order. 

The buyer is responsible for shipping their new or used bible that is to be restored to Narrow Gate Leather to start the process and 30-day guarantee window.

• Order confirmation (which will include details about your bible and personalization). 

You will receive an email when the order is complete and we are sending it on it's way back to you! We will re-package your bible in a new box and will ship it securely.
